1.1. The Customers may add funds to spend in the available areas of Service Providers or Community Owners; therefore the selection of services must be preceded of the consultation by the Customers of the correspondent content, price list and means of payment made available on the website.
1.2. Text chat with the dressed Service Providers (SP) is free, but if a Customers wants to access the full feature service he/she must initiate a skype video/audio call and from that point on stays in the conversation with SP charged on a per-minute basis.
1.3. Customers are notified about the referred auto-purchase each time it occurs and will have the option to stop the next charge by ending the call.
1.4. Billing of a given account (the actual price payable for prepaid packages) depends on the physical location where the account has been created. Please take into consideration that Spectrali.com reserves the right to round payments received from Customers and therefore, shall be entitled to apply rounding.
1.5. In case of any query Spectrali Europe, will be able to help you regarding your transactions made through different payment providers as well, by contacting the provider in question. Therefore, for billing information and support the following contacts should be used: Spectrali.com or send an email to [email protected]. Spectrali.com does not store nor has access to transaction details.
1.6. For banking expenses information, each Customer should consult directly his/her bank.
1.7. Spectrali.com will not take responsibility for any difficulty occurring outside Spectrali.com.
1.8. Any complaint must be placed, within 24 hours counted from the occurrence, at Spectrali.com – Support Service. Given the complexity and particularities of the procedure to determine the righteousness of the complaints placed after the referred 24 hour period, these shall only be acknowledged in cases of force majeure.
1.9. Spectrali.com – Customer Service team may, whenever deemed necessary, carefully investigate reports and other data at its disposal, resorting to any existing means for such effect
1.10. Spectrali.com will only compensate/refund credits in the amount proportionally determined in accordance to the price paid and problem effectively reported when any credit is lost due to dysfunction of Spectrali.com.
1.11. In case of a positive response to a complaint, the refund is made only to spectrali account. Refunds to card are allowed only in case the subscription is permanently canceled. Only full purchased packages can be refunded. In the event that a transaction is refunded, the correspondent amount (determined in accordance to the foreseen in point 5.6 from Terms And Conditions) will be credited to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase, being deducted from the spectrali.com Credit Balance. Refunds required for reasons other than those above are considered exceptions and no abuse (excess) is allowed . Where such a refund is requested more than once, the account may be suspended without previous notification.
1.12. If the Customers has a rasist, minor sexually behavior, the account shall be terminated immediately and there will be no refund.
1.13. Notwithstanding the referred in the previous numbers, Spectrali.com will not be liable for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any Customers, or for any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of or use of records, whether under contract or tort theory, or under any other cause of action, for any amount over and above the amount paid by the Customers to Spectrali.com
1.14. Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Spectrali.com or any of its related, affiliated companies be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use the service, without prejudice of the established in the present clause.
1.15. Cases of dishonest behavior related to online transactions are handled with high priority keeping, however, in mind the Customers s privacy. Such cases may be outsourced to companies specialized in this field.
1.16. In case of any fraudulent transaction Spectrali.com reserves the right to use all available information at its disposal during any kind of legal procedure. Including, without the claim of completeness, browser history, IP and e-mail addresses and any other traceable activity. During such legal procedures Spectrali.com might involve other, professional investigator parties and share certain information in order to comply with law, vindicate its rights and represent the best interests of its Customers.
1.17. Spectrali.com grants full cooperation to legal authorities investigating fraudulent transactions and other matters falling under legal jurisdiction and responds to subpoenas and court orders.
1.18. Please take into consideration that Spectrali.com reserves the right to round payments to be paid as a compensation / refund, and therefore, Spectrali.com shall be entitled to apply rounding.
